How long will it take for my order to arrive?

  • For Lagos orders, it'll take 1-4 working days.
  • For outside Lagos orders, it'll take 3-7 working days.

What countries do you ship to ?

  • We ship to all states within Nigeria and to six other countries which include: Ghana, South Africa, United Kingdom, United States of America, Canada and France. The timeline for international orders is 4-7 working days.
  • Please note that international orders may be subject to tarrifs or duties depending on the destination country's laws and regulations. These charges are exclusive of the total order amount.

How to make payment for international orders?

  • Add your desired items to cart as you normally would and proceed to checkout. Fill in the required details and pick the shipping option that matches your shipping location. 
  • Proceed to payment methods, you can either make payment with your bank card through paystack and you will be charged the equivalent in your currency using current exchange rates. Or you could make a direct bank deposit/transfer into our naira account.

What if I get a wrong or incorrect order?

  • If you get a wrong order or incorrect item in your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order by mail or on whatsapp for assistance.

What are your pieces made of ?

  • Our pieces are made from Stainless Steel with 18k Gold Plating.
